lawyers called the American Inns of Court. Even the membership and meetings are
secret. But somehow the DOJ has shown up at meetings. At least since Biden had
been in office.

has funded a fellowship at Middle Temple where John Roberts is a master of the
bench.
First let me
very quickly explain how this secret society called, the American Inns of Court
came about. In the UK, they have the four Inns of Court that dates
back hundreds of years. One of those is called Middle Temple (see Roberts photo). Well, the US created the American version of
this in recent decades. There’s a massive list of branches.
The branch
many of our judges belong to is The Edward Bennett Williams (EBW) Inn of
Court. It’s so secretive,
they deleted most signs of this branch from their website although they still
met.
Now here’s
Judge Beryl Howell. She was nominated by President Judge Boasberg, and VP Ketanji Brown Jackson approved of her nomination. Boasberg
claims it was her work on Jan 6 that contributed to his choosing her for the
American Inns Of Court Professionalism award.
Let me show
you the scant meeting info that I found which included the DOJ and Inspector
General Horowitz in attendance.

in the FAKE New York State Attorney General Letitia James Case! I greatly
respect the fact that the Court had the Courage to throw out this unlawful and
disgraceful Decision that was hurting Business all throughout New York State.
Others were afraid to do business there. The amount, including Interest and
Penalties, was over $550 Million Dollars. It was a Political Witch Hunt, in a
business sense, the likes of which no one has ever seen before. This was a Case
of Election Interference by the City and State trying to show, illegally, that
I did things that were wrong when, in fact, everything I did was absolutely
CORRECT and, even, PERFECT. Every single Dollar was thrown out, even the
penalties imposed on us by the Corrupt Judge, one of the most overturned in
History, Arthur Engoron. I wasn’t given a Jury and,
during the course of the Trial, which lasted a long time, was not given one
Ruling in my favor by this Political Hack, but worse than him, if that’s
possible, was Letitia James, a Corrupt and Incompetent Attorney General who
only brought this Case in order to hurt me politically. She is a Trump Deranged
Lunatic! They made me bond the outrageous sum, which never happened before, and
which cost me Millions of Dollars a month. It should have never been allowed to
happen, and everyone knew it! Importantly, the Vote was 5 to 0. I am so honored
by Justice David Friedman’s great words of wisdom, which should be read by
everyone. I would also like to thank the Court for having the Courage to make
this Decision, which is already going down as one of the worst business
persecutions in the History of our Country. Sadly, there are other Cases
against me that are equally disgraceful, including those headed up by Corrupt
Judges, like Juan Merchan, whose daughter collected Millions of Dollars in Fees
from Crooked Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, while her father shockingly REFUSED
TO RECUSE himself from a vicious and corrupt trial, which is also under Appeal,
one in which every Legal Pundit in New York said, “THERE WAS NO CASE!” — Even
Editorial Boards said, “DO NOT DO THIS!” Judge Merchan gave me an unprecedented
Gag Order, not letting me talk about him or his daughter, or the fact that the Appellate
Judges thought he should not be doing the Case, but he did it anyway. Many
Lawyers said that his daughter and him created the
Greatest Conflict of Interest they had ever seen. Judge Lewis Kaplan, the other
remaining Case, whose wife, family, and friends attended his two trials, is as
mean and nasty as anyone I have ever met. That Case, also on Appeal, should
also never have been brought, and he should be admonished for Abuse, and every
other thing that can be thrown at a Corrupt Judge. He loved the publicity, and
would not let us present the irrefutable evidence that we wanted to present.

law firm Sullivan & Cromwell will represent President Donald Trump as he
appeals his criminal hush money conviction in New York, according to court
filings Wednesday.
The new
attorneys filed a notice of appeal Wednesday, signaling their intention to
appeal Trump's conviction to New York's Appellate Division, First Department.
Among Trump's
new lawyers is firm co-chair Robert J. Giuffra.
"President
Donald J. Trump's appeal is important for the rule of law, New York's
reputation as a global business, financial and legal center, as well as for the
presidency and all public officials," Giuffra
said in a statement. "The misuse of the criminal law by the Manhattan DA
to target President Trump sets a dangerous precedent, and we look forward to
the case being dismissed on appeal."
The change in
attorneys followed Trump's naming of his former lead attorneys, Todd Blanche,
Emil Bove and John Sauer, to top roles in the Justice
Department.
Blanche has
been nominated for deputy attorney general, Sauer as solicitor general, and Bove as principal associate deputy attorney general.
Sauer led
Trump's successful appeals, including at the U.S. Supreme Court,
that led to the dismissals of federal prosecutions in Trump's Jan. 6 and
classified documents cases.
Blanche and Bove led the defense team at Trump's criminal trial in New
York that ended in Trump's conviction last May on all 34 counts of falsifying
business records related to a hush money payment made to adult film actress
Stormy Daniels in order to boost his electoral prospects in the 2016
presidential election.
The judge in
the case, Juan Merchan, sentenced Trump prior to his inauguration to an
unconditional discharge, sparing Trump any prison time, fines or probation.

Alan
Dershowitz said Friday he’s certain that the conviction of President Donald
Trump in the New York hush money case will be overturned on appeal.
Speaking on Newsmax’s The Record with Greta Van Susteren,
Dershowitz said Trump’s legal team is preparing to appeal the Manhattan case,
even though a formal sentence has not been issued.
“The case is
going to be appealed,” Dershowitz said. “Trump has hired Sullivan and
Cromwell to be his lawyers to appeal the case.”
Trump was
convicted in January. The US Supreme Court declined to intervene in the case,
and Judge Juan Merchan issued an unconditional discharge with no jail time,
fines, or probation.
Dershowitz,
professor emeritus at Harvard Law School, acknowledged the unusual nature of
the sentencing but said the door to appeal remains open.
“[Merchan]
gave a sentence that was a non-sentence,” Dershowitz told Van Susteren. “But it’s enough to end the case and allow him to
appeal.”
Dershowitz
said Trump’s legal team would first take the case to the appellate division in
New York, then to the state’s Court of Appeals, and potentially to the Supreme
Court.
He said there
may be an initial dispute over whether an appeal is permitted without a finalized
sentence.
“Now, the
Court may say, wait a minute, there was no sentence, so we have no
jurisdiction,” Dershowitz said. “But I think there is a schedule now. And there
will be an appeal.”
The former
Trump legal adviser also cast doubt on the strength of the prosecution’s case.
“This is the
weakest case in my 60 years of practicing law I have ever seen,” he said.
Dershowitz
said he believes Trump’s conviction will ultimately not stand.
“I think
they’re going to handle the appeal. I think they’re going to reverse the
conviction, and if they don’t reverse the conviction, a higher court will,” he
said.

appeals court on Thursday let President Trump revive his bid to overturn his
criminal conviction in the hush money case.
The U.S. 2nd
Circuit Court of Appeals is allowing Trump to argue before a lower court to
move his case to federal court, The Hill news outlet reported.
Last year,
Trump was convicted on 34 counts in New York state court of falsifying business
records for a hush money scheme to keep quiet his alleged affair with porn star
Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 presidential election.
A three-judge
panel on the appeals court ruled that it “cannot be confident” a lower judge
adequately considered Trump’s arguments as he sought to move the case.
“The court
bypassed what we consider to be important issues bearing on the ultimate issue
of good cause,” the panel wrote.
The judges said
they have no view on whether Trump’s strategy should ultimately succeed, just

does not have jurisdiction in this matter. The ACLU filed the case in his
court. However the plaintiffs are in New York and Texas. The DC district has no
jurisdiction there. The ACLU should have filed in Texas and New York, but they
did not. They filed with the DC court, -berg's court
in particular because he's a TDS judge and the ACLU knew he'd be favorable.
-berg was
frothing at the mouth to take this case (despite him ignoring the jurisdictional
issues I mentioned above) because the citing of the AEA by Trump. Many retarded
lawyers and judges misread the Act itself. One does not need to be "at
war" to invoke it. All a President has to do is determine if there is or
has been an invasion or predatory incursion. That is solely left to the
President to determine. It is non justiciable. This was affirmed in Ludecke v. Watkins.
The ACLU
further affirmed that the plaintiffs are subject to irreparable harm and thus
afforded equitable relief. Well once again SCOTUS, in Nken
v Holder, that an ILLEGAL alien's removal from the USA
can NEVER meet the standard of "irreparable harm".
his oral orders
are invalid. When he phoned and ordered the planes to turn around, he was
rightfully blown off. He's going after the Trump admin now for contempt. The
very own DC circuit itself has ruled that oral orders have no veracity.

which is disputed, the DC court is not the proper court.
Judge Boasberg
did not, and does not, have the power to do what he is purporting to do. For
this reason alone, everything he is doing is lawless. But it is much worse; it
is also dangerous.
Judge Boasberg
ran to his courtroom to hold a Saturday hearing, even though he was not even
serving as the emergency judge that weekend. (How did he get this case?) He
publicly exposed an ongoing U.S. military, intelligence, and law-enforcement
operation with an American ally dealing with the most vicious terrorists (Tren de Aragua) and international gang member (MS13) in the
Western Hemisphere.
That public
exposure put American and allied lives in grave danger.
Stunningly,
Judge Boasberg even ordered the President to turn around planes full of
terrorists over the Gulf of America, without knowing the fuel levels, the
security footprint back in America, or other crucial operational details.
We saw the
enormous security footprint in El Salvador. Why would we have had that same
footprint in America, as who could have ever imagined an activist DC judge
could or would order the President to return planes full of terrorists?
And not
completing the mission would have humiliated and politically damaged El
Salvador's president, who had hundreds of military, law-enforcement, and other
officials awaiting--and who took a significant political and personal risk by
agreeing to take these terrorists.
Judge Boasberg's Saturday hearing and order crossed the red line.
But Judge Boasberg is doubling down by demanding details about the military
operation, to which he is not entitled. Judge Boasberg says he has a security
clearance, but he definitely does not have the need to know. And allowing
judges to meddle in military operations like this is dangerous and
unacceptable.
Foreign
leaders are less likely to work with the President, if they fear an activist
American judge may disclose their secrets. This harms the President’s ability
to conduct foreign policy and his constitutional duty to keep us safe.
The President
has a constitutional duty, as the chief executive officer and
commander-in-chief, to conduct international affairs, repeal foreign invasion,
and protect American lives. The President has a constitutional duty to ignore
any clearly unlawful court order that imminently endangers American lives, like
Judge Boasberg's orders.
Judge Boasberg
is refusing to back down. So the House must move forward with impeachment
proceedings for his lawless and dangerous sabotage of the President's core

and unreviewed information has lived within thumb
drives in the FBI’s custody inside a Northern Virginia offshoot office of the
FBI’s Washington Field Office since 2018. This letter was sent in response to
Chairman Grassley’s efforts to get the appendix to the DOJ OIG’s June 2018
report reviewing the DOJ and FBI’s handling of the Clinton investigation, also
